I’m so glad I found Sleepy Angels Consultancy! As a working mom, I was exhausted from the constant broken sleep, but I also knew I wanted a gentle approach that didn’t involve just letting my baby cry. The sleep guide was easy to understand and gave me practical things I could actually implement without feeling overwhelmed. I really appreciate the holistic approach and how it focuses on understanding your baby’s needs while still working toward better sleep. If you’re a tired mom looking for a gentle approach to sleep, I definitely recommend Sleepy Angels Consultancy!”

A great comprehensive pack containing a mix of audiobook and text materials to support with healthy and happy sleep from a range of ages. I have found it particularly helpful to have both audiobook and text form available for ease of access and look forward to also exploring the bonus method in the pack. Overall a great guide for understanding more about our baby's sleep with realistic and achievable tools for implementing and creating a healthy sleep space and habits depending on your family's sleep goals and needs.

There is honestly so much valuable information packed into the baby sleep guide! I feel like I understand my baby’s sleep so much better already! And not just what I can try to change, but the reasons behind different sleep behaviours too. I really liked that it doesn’t just focus on baby either. There’s a big emphasis on looking after yourself as a parent too, and how being calm and regulated yourself can help your baby feel calm and settled. I think that’s something that can so easily be forgotten when you’re exhausted and completely focused on trying to improve your baby’s sleep! We’re still early into putting everything into practice, so obviously I wasn’t expecting a miraculous change overnight, but I’m already finding that some of the tips are making things easier and I feel much more confident in how I approach sleep. It’s definitely something I’ll keep referring back to as we go along. There’s so much useful, realistic advice in there and I’m really looking forward to seeing how things progress as we continue putting it all into practice. 🤍

Since his birth, we were really struggling with our baby’s sleep with him waking up to 13 times a night (a 'good' night would be 4-5 wake ups) and every single nap / bedtime being a stressful battle. It could take 40 minutes of rocking whilst crying to get him to sleep only for him to wake up soon after. After 4 months of this, we knew we needed help as our wellbeing was suffering badly. After an initial consultation call with Iva, she reassured us that she could help, even though our baby is very sensitive and a typical 'FOMO Baby'. We decided to trust her with this process and we were not let down. As our baby was not ready for sleep training at that point, Iva educated us about wake windows and as we worked with her, she would adjust these daily to support with his naps. This was a huge help. When it was time for sleep training, she gave us a clear, gentle and realistic plan that we felt comfortable with as parents. As our baby is going through sleep training, we’ve already seen such a positive change in our baby’s sleep. He went from taking around 30 minutes to settle on the first night of sleep training to settling himself in less than 2 minutes a week later. We never thought this could happen! What we appreciated most was that the approach felt gentle and responsive while still giving us the structure we needed. We never felt like we were left to figure things out on our own. Iva was incredibly supportive throughout the process through WhatsApp, answered all of our questions (even the many, many little ones!), and reassured us whenever we felt unsure or worried. Having someone knowledgeable guiding us made such a huge difference and gave us the confidence to stay consistent. We’re so grateful for all the support and guidance and would absolutely recommend her to any parents struggling with their little one’s sleep. Thank you so much for helping all of us sleep better!
