Sleep Consultancy Services – Online and In-Person

 

Online sleep consultancy services

offer personalised support through tailored sleep plans and virtual consultations via platforms such as Zoom or WhatsApp. I provide one-on-one sessions and follow-up support based on your chosen package.

Opting for follow-up support grants you ongoing assistance and unlimited follow-up support. The flexibility of virtual communication enables seamless monitoring and adjustment of your child’s sleep progress.

Upon purchasing your preferred package, you will receive a questionnaire. Begin by filling it out to enable me to create a custom sleep plan for your child. Within 5 working days, you will receive your sleep plan, and we’ll schedule a one-on-one consultation to discuss implementing your plan. You can either purchase directly or book a free consultation with me before making a decision.

In person sleep consultancy services

For in-person consultancy services, you have the option of an At-Your-Home Consultation, Overnight Sleep Training, or Maternity Night Nurse services.

For at-home sleep consultancy services, once you’ve purchased your preferred package, we’ll promptly arrange to schedule an At-Your-Home Consultation. While direct purchase is available, I encourage you to book a complimentary consultation to explore these in-person services before making a decision.

For Overnight Sleep Training and night nurse services, please contact me directly to secure your booking, as availability tends to fill up quickly. This will enable us to coordinate and find suitable times that accommodate your schedule.

For sleep consultancy text and call support, you can opt for unlimited message support, solution calls, or follow-up support. If you’ve previously purchased a package, follow-up support is available to address ongoing concerns. Please note that these services will not include a written sleep plan. The focus is on providing direct and flexible assistance to meet your specific needs, ensuring a tailored approach to addressing any challenges in your child’s sleep routine.

As a holistic sleep consultant specialising in children’s sleep, my primary goal is to assist parents in establishing healthy sleep habits and routines for their little ones, ensuring both the baby and the family can enjoy restful nights. I understand the challenges that parents face when it comes to sleep deprivation and the impact it can have on the entire household. Through personalised guidance and support, I empower parents to navigate the world of baby sleep with confidence and ease.

Using a holistic approach, I consider various factors that can influence a baby’s sleep, including their developmental stage, feeding schedule, sleep environment, and daytime routine. I work with parents to create a consistent daytime schedule that incorporates adequate periods of activity, play, and rest, helping to support the baby’s overall sleep patterns and promoting better sleep at night.
