• This package includes a tailored online sleep plan delivered to you within 5 working days. Please note that this option does not include follow-up support or video consultation.

• Online sleep plan tailored to your child with 40-minute video consultation: £199
• This package will include a tailored online sleep plan delivered to you within 5 working days, video consultation and no follow-up support. You can purchase follow up support at a alter date if needed.

• Online sleep plan tailored to your child with 40-minute video consultation and 1-week follow-up support: £279
• This package will include a tailored online sleep plan delivered to you within 5 working days, video consultation and 1 week of follow up support - unlimited messaging and 1 x 30-minute follow-up call.

• Online sleep plan tailored to your child with 40-minute video consultation and 2-week follow-up support: £349
• This package will include a tailored online sleep plan delivered to you within 5 working days, video consultation and 2 weeks of follow-up support - unlimited messaging and 2 x 30-minute follow-up calls.

• Online sleep plan tailored to your child with unlimited 1-month WhatsApp messaging: £399
• This package will include a tailored online sleep plan delivered to you within 5 working days and 1 month of unlimited WhatsApp messaging. Please note that this package does not include video consultation or follow-up calls.

How It Works:

Once you secure your online sleep plan, you'll receive a detailed questionnaire with various gentle sleep training methods for you to choose from. After you complete the questionnaire and select your preferred method, you’ll return it, and I'll create a sleep plan tailored to your child’s natural rhythm and your family’s lifestyle. You can expect to receive your custom sleep plan within 5 working days.

If your package includes a video consultation, we will schedule it after you receive the sleep plan. During this consultation (video or phone call, whichever you prefer), we’ll walk through the plan, answer all your questions, and ensure you're ready to implement it.

For those with the unlimited WhatsApp messaging option, you’ll have 1 month of continuous support through WhatsApp. You can create a WhatsApp group with anyone you choose to include, and we'll work together to implement and monitor your sleep training method.

If you’ve purchased follow-up support, you can utilise unlimited messaging and one 30-minute call per week. Feel free to message me anytime, even at 3 AM when you're up with all your questions, and I'll respond as promptly as possible during the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Friday) and 10 AM to 1 PM on Saturday. Please note that responses may take up to 24 hours.
